Clark County employees who work in an establishment that has a gaming license will be required to obtain a Sheriff's Card from the LVMPD. A sheriff's card may not be obtained voluntarily. You must wait until you are hired; your employer will give you a referral slip. Take the referral slip to the LVMPD fingerprint bureau. The LVMPD will take your fingerprints and photo. A criminal background check will be performed.
In addition to the Sheriff's Card, your employer may require you to obtain your alcohol awareness card or a TAM Card. You may register for your card online. |
